Museveni fires KCCA’s Kisaka, two others over Kiteezi garbage deaths

In a shocking move, President Yoweri Museveni has fired KCCA top bosses following the death of more than 30 people in the Kiteezi garbage slide. Museveni ordered Kampala minister Minsa Kabanda to immediately fire KCCA ED Dorothy Kisaka, her deputy David Luyimbazi and the director for public health, Dr Daniel Okello.
