State House Anti-Corruption Unit Cracks Down on Land Fraud
KAMPALA. The State House Anti-Corruption Unit, led by Brig. Henry Isoke, in collaboration with the Criminal Investigations Directorate of the Uganda Police Force and the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions, have uncovered a massive land fraud scheme involving the Ministry of Lands and local government officials. And following the investigation, the Acting Commissioner for Mapping and Surveys Kakooza Jasper and nine others, have been found to allegedly having created fraudulent land titles on property belonging to the Madhvani Group Ltd.
